Camp Information
Our camps focus on learning about animal husbandry.
This includes day-to-day care, management, nutrition, and raising livestock. Our camps are perfect for the animal lover in your family!
We spend the day outside learning the ins-and-outs of each of the species we care for at serendipity. Our goal is to provide a positive space for campers to interact with a variety of livestock animals, explore the outdoors, make new friendships, spend the summer away from screens, and playing like kids used to! Camp Pricing
At Camp Serendipity, we pride ourselves on offering a camp experience that is customizable to every family and their unique needs. We understand that every family’s schedule is different, so we provide flexible options to ensure the best fit for our families and their campers!
1. Book by the Week
This option is perfect for campers who want the full camp experience! Booking by the week allows children to fully immerse themselves in camp activities, build strong friendships, and enjoy everything Camp Serendipity has to offer.
• Savings Opportunity: Families booking two or more weeks will receive a discounted rate, making this an excellent choice for those looking for extended camp fun at a great value! These discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
• payment plans: We also offer a few different payment plan options when registering by the week. payment plan options will be available when registering your camper.
2. Drop-In Days (Custom Schedule)
For families needing more flexibility, our drop-in option allows you to select only the days you need. This is a great fit for:
• Families who only need care on certain days (e.g., every Wednesday or a Tuesday/Thursday schedule).
• Those looking for a customized schedule without committing to a full week.
savings Opportunity:
-Auto discounts are applied at checkout when Purchasing 4-10 drop-in dates.
-If families need 12 or more drop-in days, email us for an exclusive discount code to receive the lower daily rate reflected on our pricing sheet. Unfortunately, when registering for 12+ days our registration software will not automatically apply the discount without a specific code.
-Please e-mail us if you are selecting drop-ins and need a payment plan.
3. Full Summer Registration
For families looking for full summer childcare, we offer an exclusive, steeply discounted rate for campers attending all summer long.
• How to Register: Email us directly if you would like to register your camper for the entire summer!

late registration will only be available if space allows and may be subject to a late registration fee.
Camp Forms
below are the camp forms that we require. parents/guardians may also find these forms after registering during the check out process. parents/guardians will need to complete these forms and upload them to their "hi sawyer" account at the time of registration.
required forms:
we are required to by the Colorado office of early childhood education to collect each camper's immunization records for their file. parents/guardians may upload their camper's immunization records at the time of registration - or they may submit a non-medical or medical exemption form. please be aware that the non-medical exemption requires an educational course to be completed.
